October has been a very busy month moving our music tuition over to our new Dronfield location. Thank you all for your patience whilst we made the transition, we're so pleased you've come to join us! Now everyone is settling in, there are a few exciting things to tell you about...
We're pleased to announce that Apple Tree Hill Studio students will have the opportunity to perform at our Christmas Concert, held at:
The Phoenix, 2 High Lane, Ridgeway, Sheffield, S12 3XF
Saturday 15th December, 6.30 - 8.30pm
We believe it is important that our students are able to experience real life performance opportunities to help them further their musical studies. Students are invited to take part in group carol singing for the customers in the bar and restaurant with the opportunity to perform a solo. This could be a festive song of your choice or an exam piece/ song you've already been working on in lessons.
Parents/ carers, family and friends are all welcome to attend. It's free entry and has a very welcoming and friendly, family atmosphere.
Charlie will prepare a list of well known Christmas carols for the group singing and provide you with the music and lyrics. If a student wishes to take a solo spot, please let Charlie know no later than 7th November and we can work on your performance in lesson time.
Cancellation Terms & Learning Agreement
For those of you who were taught by Charlie prior to Apple Tree Hill Studio, you will already be aware of the Cancellation Terms & Learning Agreement. Apple Tree Hill Studio operates exactly the same industry standard policy. Now everyone has had their first lesson at the new location, we are asking that you pay upon booking any future lessons.
Please give no later than 24 hours cancellation for your lesson. Anything later than 24 hours notice will be chargeable.
Should you need to cancel please contact Charlie as soon as possible on 07934 007759 or info@charliebarkermusic.com. There is also a voicemail service if we are unable to pick up, so please do leave a message.
We are now able to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments as well as contactless, including Apple and Android Pay.
We still accept cash and bank transfer, but hope this makes paying for your lessons easier.
We also offer block booking discounts as follows:
5x 30 min lesson: 5% off = £71.25 5x 1 hour lesson: 5% off = £142.50
10x 30 min lesson: 10% off = £135.00 10x 1 hour lesson: 10% off = £270.00
